Proper form and safe progressions are just as important as feeling welcome and having fun. Our group classes are designed to take you from warm-up through cool-down and challenge you the whole time.
At Crossfit Upper Keys we understand there is not a one-size fits all for nutrition; It’s individual. Understanding nutrition is the key to everything inside and outside of the gym, so we want to provide the best options.

The first step in becoming a member of our community is to schedule your free intro consultation with one of our knowledgeable coaches.
If you are interested in dropping in, there is no need to reach out in advance. Just arrive to the class of your choice 5-10 minutes early to introduce yourself to the coach and sign our waiver!
Due to our large classes and limited area, we do not allow open gym for drop-in’s.
