Kids Class

Our CrossFit Kids program goal is to inspire kids to develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our program will improve coordination, balance, agility, flexibility, and endurance through constantly varied workouts, all while having fun. We strive to equip them with life skills that will set them up for success inside and out of the gym by instilling confidence, self-worth, perseverance, and tenacity in our athletes.

Our Kid's program is an exciting and fun way for our young athletes to exercise and learn healthy lifestyle habits. CrossFit Kids is open to the community so feel free to tell your friends and register today!

Ages 4-9 ~ $10 per child per class
