You Don’t Have to Be “Fit” to Join Us
One of the biggest things we try to break down is the myth that you need to be in shape before you start. That’s just not true.
Most of our members are adults between 35 and 70. They come from all different backgrounds and fitness levels. We meet you where you’re at and scale everything — so you feel safe, successful, and challenged in just the right ways.
This is a place where people know your name. And that alone can be the difference between quitting and sticking with it.
